Tooth Fairy III: The End (for the moment)

After getting letters from my youngest AND my daughter, I realized I had to explain that the tooth fairy needed focus on collecting teeth... because one of these nights, I was TOTALLY going to get caught either sneaking letters away or sneaking responses under their pillows.

How'd I do?

Love to all. Even you, the therapist who got it all right.

This is so funny that your kids keep writing letters to the tooth fairy.

You are great parents. But you best be careful because the next thing they might ask for is a picture of the tooth fairy.

Keep up the make believe and imagination. It's what makes kids, kids. I think adults need a little more imagination and fun in their life.

This letter exchange is perhaps the most adorable thing I have seen in quite some time. I love the Tooth Fairy (although we are not to that stage of things at our house, our oldest being only 5). I love the Tooth Fairy pillows and the Tooth Fairy book. How lovely that your children have a more than passing relationship with the TF!

I have thought I was going to get snagged every single time.

Great work, and a graceful out.

You did great! It's wonderful that you are encouraging this kind of magic in the lives of your kids and in your own life as well!

That was very well done! That kid in Pleasantville would have been so bummed...

jokes aside, you truly are a great dad (from what I see here), I envy you.

Rich, this is going to be one of those wonderful memories that you will be able to share for such a long time. Perhaps one day your daughters will do the same for their children. Did I mention that you are really a cool dad?
