Is it that I'm skipping Adderall this weekend, or that I coached three hours of soccer and probably have strep again? Who knows. I was told today that I expend an unbelievable amount of energy when I coach... so it's probably a combination of both.
Either way, I'm tired.
It's been a hard week, and it's time to reset my compass and get things moving in the right direction. No more teeing off on people, even if they "deserve" it. No more focusing on what's annoying me. I need to follow the 12th step of AA and try to practice the first 11 steps with everything in my life. If I can fix it, great. If I need to accept it, it's 1-11 time.
More on this later, maybe. For now, dinner.
Love to all. Even you, the guy who said certain kids were "uncoachable."

How about an afternoon nap?? ;)
That's what I did this afternoon after coming back from a walk in the Old Port of Montreal! My dog Happy went to sleep, and so did I! :D
But yea, if the cause of you being tired is deeper, then a nap won't really fix things. :P
Take Care!! :)
Sounds to me like 3 hours of coaching plus strep is a likely first suspect. Get some rest dude. You and your family need you to take care of yourself.
I'm guessing the others are right.
Coaching for three hours takes a LOT of energy.
Rest up, feel better and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
I am supposed to take ADDERALL too, but can't afford it with no insurance right now.
But I know how you feel when you don't take it. It really does make you sluggish. Consider the fact that it IS speed. BUT...with us ADDers, speed helps us...calm down...sort of.
Anyway...glad you had a good weekend. As my parents say..it's a "good tired!"
