169.8 - The Adderall Diet Plan.

On May 12th, I weighted 181.5 pounds.

Tonight, I way 169.8.

I haven't weighed under 170 in a long, long time. Craziness. I've always said my "fighting weight" was 167. I wonder if I'm going to make it back.

Love to all. Even you, the good-hearted crazy lady with the perfect diction.

Does the adderall make you less hungry or does it take away the snacking urges?
I have been intrigued with your journey of discovering ADD and now on meds. I have always been afraid of meds - so how is it? It seems like it is doing good things for you.

Hi. It's doing *great* things for me, with a few mild side effects. I'll write up a longer summary shortly.

I am a 19 year old who suffers from ADD, and Adderall is not a dieting drug, it is a medication intended to help people like myself focus and complete school work. The side effects are unpleasent, and unhealthy, and as soon as you stop taking the medicine you will gain the weight right back. Upset stomach, social withdrawl, having a bad taste in your mouth, racing pulse, innsomnia, and depression--- these are some of the everyday side effects. I am very physically active, and eat a protien packed, organic diet, with plenty of sleep. Adderall is no stacker 2, it is a medication, and a very serious one at that.
