Sometimes, I go ballistic and eat like, a pint of Ben & Jerry's and 15 Oreos. I'm trying to do that less. But looking at what I eat the reast of the time, it's no wonder.

Naasty! I feel bad for all those poor sharks though - do you suffer from arthritis, or psoriasis? Or are you planning to compete for Miss America :P
Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, but the latter isn't buggin' me right now. In fact, the whole deal is 95% under control... but I'm also into preventative stuff.
And by the way, I WON a tiny Miss America contest in 1993. Seriously.
